hello friends, 

aaj me aapko batane ja raha hu ki qhm6056 connect karte time Remote host configuration may be abnormal kyu ata h.hamre bhut se costumer ko ye problem  everyday face  karni padti h or unka kam ruk jata h problem to kuch nhi hoti per non technical hone ke karan costumer us problem ko resolve nhi kr pate h.

customer care number busy hone ke karan se sahi time per kam na hone ke karan costumer ka time waist ho jata h isliye qhmpl team ne apki problems ko solve karne ka eq chhota si kosis ki h. I hope you will like it, share it ,follow it for technical assistance   

1. check  cable connection between thin client or server.

kabhi kabhi cable sahi prakar se connect nahi hoti jis karan se client per ye msg ata h or client connect nhi ho pata. check kro ki thin client ka ip ping kr raha a pake server per.

2.Antivirus h to uska farewall off hona chahiye.

and off firewall protection

Antivirus m farewall ka option hota h. wo option off hona chahiye & eske bad windows farewall ko check karo ki wo bhi off h ya nhi. ager off nhi h to farewell ko off karo. 


3.RDP Enable hona chahiye.

RDP enable hona chahiye. remote Rdp tool .just run this tool for enable rdp.

4.Static ip address set hona chahiye client per.

 

static ip address apke computer network ki rang ka hona chahiye. apne computer per ip check kar ke hi thin client per ip address set kare. computer ki ip add check karne ke liye open  

Run <ncpa.cpl< Enter

5. check connect page information like remote ip,user name password.

check karo ki jo information apne apne thin client connect page m fill ki h wo sahi h ya nhi. kabhi kabhi remote ip sahi na hone ki wajha se bhi client ye msg atta h. remote ip m apke main (server ip)  computer ka ip atta h. agar apko nhi pata ki main computer ka ip kaise check karte h to upper point no 4 check karo blue

color high lite h. wo apka system ka ip hota h or user name & password bhi sahi fill kiya h ya nhi use bhi check kariye.
